The restaurant – Henri G
Henri G has been established in a unique neoclassical private mansion built in 1890 and ideally located in the centre of Parikia’s old Market Street.
On its exclusive and private roof top, guests will experience an elegant dinner, while shoaling up the atmosphere of the traditional market, with the view on the dome of the “Aghia Triada” ancient church.
The Henri G bar and the cocktails menu suggested by our Bartender are the perfect alternative for a perfect evening on the roof top.
The Chef – Henri Emmanuel Guibert

After several years of experience in France and the UK as a Chef position in various Michelin Star renowned restaurants, I have decided to established my own restaurant in Paros.
My target is to present and share my experience, via the dishes that I am preparing for each of my guests.
Hence, I share my inspiration that comes from fresh and Mediterranean tastes, with a delicate twist of French savoir-faire, and using local selected products from Paros.
